Does the shipped package include the power adapter?
No it does not. The package you will receive includes the following;
- Charger
- USB Cable
- Manual
When the battery hits 100%, charging stops, but your phone is still running. After a short while, the battery will lose some power, and will draw in current from the wireless charging station until it's fully charged again.
Is it OK to leave a phone on the wireless charger overnight?The wireless charging pads will safely trickle charge your phone battery to keep it fully charged at all times, so it's perfectly safe to leave it on the charging pad or mat overnight or for an extended period of time.
Can cheap wireless chargers damage my phone?
Purchasing poor quality wireless charging pads can damage the phone or its battery. Chances of your smartphone getting damaged are high if you use a low-quality wireless charger. Purchase only quality tried and tested wireless charging products.
Will the Wireless Charging work on all device?
Unfortunately, no. The Apple Watch charger uses Apple MFi which is necessary to create the electronic handshake with a tiny authentication chip in a watch. Thus it only works with works with the Apple Watch (all series). It won't charge an Android-based watch and vice versa for the Galaxy Watch charger.
Can you charge all earphones or airpods wirelessly?
Unfortunately no. The earphone or airpod case must be Qi-Enabled for wireless charging. Please ensure that you check the manufacturers listing to ensure that the charging case is Qi-Enabled for wireless charging. Some charging cases have a red indicator light on the front that lets you know it can be charged wirelessly. See example below:
Can I charge my phone with the phone case/cover on?
The answer is YES generally, as the charger will work with most phone cases but not if the case is a very thick case like a otter box or water proof case or if the case has a pop socket attached.
On checkout, will the price of my purchases be processed in my local currency?
All purchases are processed in United States Dollars (USD). The price shown in the local currency is used to show the equivalent value but the order is processed in US$ by the payment gateway.

Please allow 3 - 5 business days for your order to be processed. Once your order is processed you will also receive a tracking number for updates. After your order is processed your package will be delivered within 7 - 20 business days.
Be aware that these delivery times can become longer in case your order is placed during busier periods or delays with shipping logistics.
If you have a suspicion of your parcel being lost or missing while in-transit, please contact us by email at sales@xpresschargers.com. We can contact the shipping company to investigate the issue. If your package has indeed gone missing, we will send you a new one free of charge or send you a full refund. If your package has arrived damaged, contact us and we will provide a replacement or refund as soon as possible. Xpress Charger is not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order. If we have made an error we will fully take responsibility for the original order that was made for you at no charge.

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country.

Tracking Info
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped but sometimes due to free shipping tracking is not available.
MY TRACKING SAYS “NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE AT THE MOMENT”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 1-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. We offer a 100% money back guarantee on all products that are defective or damaged during shipping. Just let us know and we will provide a return address and a replacement or refund as preferred.

You can contact us at sales@xpresschargers.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Customers will be responsible for paying return shipping costs. After your return is shipped it may take 7 - 20 business days for the package to be received and the review/inspection to be completed. Please allow 3 - 5 business days for your refund to be processed. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We do not issue the refund if:
- your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)

Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Returns and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please allow 3 - 5 business days for your return to be processed. Once your replacement order is processed you will also receive a tracking number for updates. After your order is processed your package will be delivered within 7 - 20 business days.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please allow 3 - 5 business days for your refund to be processed. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.

One Year Extended Warranty Agreement
The Xpress Charger™ Extended Warranty Agreement must be purchased within the standard warranty period. Xpress Charger™ warrants that is standard chargers and accessories shall be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for up to 3 months after purchase. As a service, Xpress Charger™ will offer an additional warranty for a period of one (1) year beyond the standard (3) months warranty. If any defects are discovered in the product within the Extended Warranty period, Xpress Charger™ will either repair the defect or replace the product once the extended warranty has been purchased. Xpress Charger™ will have sole discretion in determining whether a defective product or product part will be replaced under this warranty. The buyer is responsible for shipping any defective product or product part to Xpress Charger™ for repair or replacement. Xpress Charger™ will ship repaired or replaced product or product part to the buyer at no charge. All expedited shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer. Buyer is responsible for adequate packaging of the product to prevent damage
WHAT IS NOT COVERED.
This Extended Warranty Plan does not cover the following:
(i) incidental or consequential damages, or pre-existing conditions;
(ii) damage from: accident, abuse, misuse, introduction of foreign objects into the Product, liquid events, exposure to abnormal heat or cold, power surges, altered serial numbers, unauthorized Product repairs, modifications or alterations, failure to follow the manufacturer's instructions, third-party actions, fire, collision, vandalism, theft or the like, elements or acts of war, acts of God, improper use of any electrical source;
(iii) cosmetic damage to the Product's case or frame, or to any non-operating part including decorative parts, and doors;
(v) preventative maintenance;
(vi) damage which is not reported prior to expiration of extended warranty;
(vii) cost of installation, removal or reinstallation of the Product.
This Extended Warranty does not cover and shall be void for
(a) defects or damages resulting from fire or theft,
(b) defects, damages, or loss resulting from intentional misuse, abuse, neglect, or alterations by, or directed by, the owner of the device, and
(c) defects or damages resulting from service or repair by anyone other than Xpress Charger™.
WARRANTY COVERAGE PERIOD AND EXTENSION
One year warranty periods start from the day after the 3 months standard warranty period has expired. Initially, Extended Warranty must be purchased by the user within 30 days of their initial purchase. Warranty must be purchased for the next year period before expiration of the current warranty period. Xpress Charger™ may at it own discretion choose to reject a requested for an additional extended warranty purchase or period after the conclusion of the initial 3 month period or 1 year extended warranty period.
LIABILITY OF XPRESS CHARGER™ AND/OR ITS AFFILIATES FOR THIS PRODUCT, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, IN TORT, OR OTHERWISE, SHALL BE LIMITED TO REPLACEMENT OF THE PRODUCT UNDER THE TERMS OF THE AGREEMENT OUTLINED ABOVE. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL XPRESS CHARGER™ AND/OR ITS AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
